Which do you think is more advanced: medicine 10 years ago or medicine today? The answer is obvious.

Just like in society as a whole, dental care has improved and knowledge has been gained over time.

At our clinic, we seek individuals who are willing to continuously participate in training seminars, subscribe to professional books, practice using mannequins and models, and genuinely care about our patients. Without such qualities, it would be extremely difficult to continue working at our clinic.

Providing dental treatment that improves people's health is actually very challenging.

However, I believe that dentistry, which can improve patients' health through oral care and extend their healthy lifespan, is the best job.

Our clinic is not currently actively recruiting dentists or dental hygienists.

Our clinic aims to provide the kind of dental care we would want for ourselves and our families. Providing such care requires considerable effort and dedication.

That path is extremely challenging and demanding.

Dentists and dental hygienists, in particular, play a crucial role in the oral health of our patients.

We are looking to hire individuals who are committed to investing a significant portion of their time and money in lifelong study and practice of dentistry.

Specifically, the requirements for working at our clinic include participation in at least six training sessions per year, including international academic conferences, and a commitment to at least five hours of dental practice per month, totaling over sixty hours per year.

If you have that commitment and choose to work at our clinic, our clinic director will generously share everything he has learned.

We also offer support for dentists who wish to open their own practice in the future, and we are perfectly happy for them to open their practice in the same Minakuchi-cho, Koka City.

Because we want to improve the oral health of such dentists and local patients.

Please do not contact our clinic if you are a dentist or dental hygienist who is not committed to continuing your dental studies and practice throughout your life.
