ラブしがデンタルクリニック歯科・矯正歯科は、
健康保険診療を取り扱わない自由診療専門の歯科医院です。
健康保険診療を取り扱わない理由は、保険診療で患者さんの歯を守ことは非常に困難だからです。
例えば、日本の保険診療で認められている虫歯治療で使用できる材質は金属かレジンのみです。
これらの材質は二次虫歯になりやすいことが論文で示唆されており、治療が終わった後『これで大丈夫です』と決して患者さんに言うがことができない治療です。
当院の理念は、
自分や家族に行いたい歯科医療を患者さんに行う
のですが、当院理念に合致しないため、保険診療を行いません。

We are a private dental clinic that does not handle health insurance-covered treatments.
The reason is that it is extremely difficult to protect patients' teeth with insurance-covered treatments.
For example, the only materials that can be used for cavity treatment approved under Japanese health insurance are metal or resin.
Studies have suggested that these materials are prone to secondary cavities, and we cannot tell patients, "This is fine."
Our clinic's philosophy is:
We provide the same dental care to our patients that we would want for ourselves and our families.
However, because insurance-covered treatments do not align with our clinic's philosophy, we do not offer them.
身分確認のため、以下のいずれかを受付で提示していただきます。
・健康保険証・運転免許証・マイナンバーカード・パスポート・在留カードまたは特別永住者証明書・官公庁が顔写真を貼付した各種福祉手帳
For identity verification purposes, please present one of the following at the reception desk:
* Health insurance card * Driver's license * My Number card * Passport * Residence card or special permanent resident certificate * Various welfare handbooks issued by government agencies with a photograph attached
健康保険医療機関の場合、保険証を提示することで治療費の1〜3割を負担すれば、治療を受けることができますが、当院では自由診療となるため、当院が定めた費用をご負担していただくことになります。
また、あなたの口腔内を拝見しないと、”どのような治療を行うべきか”の診断ができません。
歯の状態だけでなく、歯の部位・年齢・性別・口の開き具合などによって治療方法が変わることがあります。
従いまして、電話やメールで各治療に対する合計費用のお問い合わせにはお答えする事ができません。
一度問診を行い、資料採りをしないと治療期間や合計費用を正確にお伝えする事ができません。ご理解の程宜しくお願い致します。
当院では、待ち時間をなるべく少なくかつ治療計画に基づいた質の高い総合歯科医療を患者の皆さまにご提供するため、完全予約制としています。
受診をご希望の方は、必ず事前にご連絡下さい。
原則として事前のご連絡なく来院された場合、当日の診療は対応できません。
あらかじめご了承下さい。
痛みなどの急性症状がある方は、できるだけその日のうちに予約を取るように努めますが、予約状況によっては希望に添えないことがあります。
急性症状のない方は、通常のご予約をお取りします。
At health insurance-covered medical institutions, you can receive treatment by presenting your insurance card and paying 30% of the treatment cost. However, since our clinic operates on a private-pay basis, you will be responsible for the fees set by our clinic. Furthermore, we cannot diagnose "what kind of treatment is necessary" without examining your oral cavity.
Therefore, we cannot answer inquiries about the total cost of each treatment by phone or email.
We cannot accurately tell you the treatment period or total cost without conducting a medical interview and taking necessary data. Thank you for your understanding.
To minimize waiting times and provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care based on treatment plans, our clinic operates on a strict appointment-only system.
If you wish to be seen, please contact us in advance.
As a general rule, if you come to the clinic without prior notice, we may not be able to see you on that day. Please understand this in advance. For patients with acute symptoms such as pain, we will try to schedule an appointment for the same day. For patients without acute symptoms, we will schedule a regular appointment.

Obtaining dental materials
日本での保険歯科治療は 治療計画の無い「応急処置の連続治療」が主流です。
症状に対して原因が分からなければ適切な処置を行う事ができません。
資料がなく治療するというのは、富士山を登るのにサンダルで登山するようなものです。
当院で は、治療の前に保険診療では採得する事ができない種類の資料どりを行います。
・問診・歯周組織検査６点法と歯周病のグレード分類・ステージ分類・プラークスコア・レントゲン撮影（パノラマレントゲン写真、デンタルレントゲン写真１０〜１４枚法、CT撮影、場合によってセファロ撮影も）、口腔内規格写真撮影、マイクロスコープによる動画撮影を行い、場合によっては顔貌写真撮影・口腔内診断用模型の型取り・マイクロスコープを用いて開閉口の動き、歯茎の下の歯石、歯のヒビ、歯の揺れ、詰め物・被せ物の隙間などの精査、記録撮影・咬合力診査・歯の神経の生死検査
などの資料採得をし、診査診断を行います。
後日来院していただき、治療の期間・回数・費用のおおまかな説明を行います。
治療の同意が得られましたら予約を取って、治療を行っていきます。
もちろんですが、当院が提示した治療を拒否していただいても全く問題ありません。
In Japan, insured dental treatment is predominantly a series of emergency treatments without a treatment plan.
Without understanding the cause of the symptoms, appropriate treatment cannot be provided.
Treating without documentation is like climbing Mount Fuji in sandals.
At our clinic, we collect data that cannot be obtained under insured treatment before proceeding.
This includes:
* Medical history, 6-point periodontal tissue examination and periodontal disease grading/stage classification, plaque scoring, X-ray imaging (panoramic X-rays, 10-14 dental X-rays, CT scans, and cephalometric X-rays in some cases), intraoral standard photography, and video recording using a microscope. In some cases, facial photography, impressions for intraoral diagnostic models, detailed examination and recording of mouth opening/closing movements, subgingival calculus, tooth cracks, tooth mobility, and gaps in fillings/crowns using a microscope, occlusal force testing, and nerve vitality testing.
We collect this data and perform examinations and diagnoses.
You will be asked to visit the clinic again at a later date so we can provide a general explanation of the treatment duration, number of sessions, and costs.
Once you consent to the treatment, we will schedule an appointment and proceed with the treatment.
Of course, there is absolutely no problem if you refuse the treatment we propose.

初診時は診査診断のための資料採得のみとなります。症状によっては応急処置を行います。
当院の治療方針へのご同意をお願い致します。
1.Even in areas without symptoms, we will propose treatment if necessary after examination.
2.During your initial visit, we will only collect data for examination and diagnosis. Emergency treatment may be provided depending on your symptoms.

ラブしがデンタルクリニックでは、「削って詰めておしまい」や「痛みがあるときだけ行く」歯科医院は目指しておりません。
歯というものは治療すればするほど歯を失うことになります。
治療よりも、なぜそうなってしまったか、という原因を患者さんに理解していただいて、今後できるだけ再発しないという「予防」を重視した診療を行っております。
よって当院では、現在残っている歯を、できれば一生涯残したいと思っている患者さんに来ていただいております。
At Love Shiga Dental Clinic, we don't aim to be a dental clinic that simply "drills and fills" or one that people only visit when they're in pain.
The more treatments you receive, the more teeth you end up losing.
Instead of treatment, we prioritize "prevention," focusing on helping patients understand the root cause of their problems and minimizing future recurrence.
Therefore, our clinic welcomes patients who wish to preserve their remaining teeth for a lifetime.
キャンセルについて
Cancellation Policy
当院は完全予約制となります。以下をご理解いただいた上でご来院お願いしております。
・予約された日時に来院できないときは、あらかじめ当院までご連絡ください。
・当日のキャンセルは他の患者さんにご迷惑をおかけしますので、お控えください。
予約時間の１５分以上遅刻されますと予定の処置の完遂ができないため、日時変更となります。
・無断キャンセルされた場合は、複数の予約を取られている場合、予約を全て取り消させていただきます。
・当日キャンセルや無断キャンセルが続きますと今後の予約をお取りすることができなくなりますのでご注意ください。
・予約時間に遅れて来院されますと、予定していた処置ができなくなたり、次の患者さんにご迷惑をおかけしますので、お控えください。
皆様のご理解とご協力の上、より良い診療が成り立っております。どうぞよろしくお願い致します。
当院の予約は他の方の予約を断って予約を取ります。
予約をキャンセルされますと他の患者さんにご迷惑がかかります。
また準備した物やスタッフの人件費・光熱費なども全て無駄になり、機会損失にもつながります。
よってキャンセルされた場合、以下のキャンセル料をいただきます。
予約当日のキャンセル：５５００円
予約の１日前のキャンセル：４４００円
予約の２日前のキャンセル：３３００円
予約の３日前のキャンセル：２２００円
体調不良でのキャンセルはキャンセル料を今の所いただいておりませんが、次回来院時に医科での診断書を持参してください。
あなたが誰かと待ち合わせをした際、連絡もなく来られなかった場合、あなたはまたその方と待ち合わせができますか？
Our clinic operates on an appointment-only basis. Please understand the following before visiting:
* If you are unable to come at your scheduled appointment time, please contact us in advance.
* Please refrain from canceling on the day of your appointment, as this inconveniences other patients.
* If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will be unable to complete the scheduled procedure, and your appointment will be rescheduled.
* If you cancel without notice, all your appointments will be cancelled if you have multiple scheduled appointments.
* Please note that repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in you being unable to make future appointments.
* Please refrain from arriving late for your appointment, as this may prevent us from performing the scheduled procedure and inconvenience subsequent patients.
We rely on your understanding and cooperation to provide the best possible care. Thank you for your cooperation.
* Our clinic's appointments are made at the expense of other patients' appointments.
* Canceling your appointment inconveniences other patients.
Furthermore, all the materials prepared, staff labor costs, and utility costs will be wasted, resulting in lost opportunities.
Therefore, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation on the day of the appointment: 5,500 yen
Cancellation one day before the appointment: 4,400 yen
Cancellation two days before the appointment: 3,300 yen
Cancellation three days before the appointment: 2,200 yen
Currently, there is no cancellation fee for cancellations due to illness, but please bring a medical certificate from a doctor with you on your next visit.
